The biggest clue that Microsoft cashback is a scam is that there isn't a click through history to show you all the dates and times that you clicked via their portal, like every other cashback portal provides. It's very convenient for them to not have this click through history. We should definitely organize and start a class action lawsuit.

Research shows that Microsoft is getting rid of the Cashback Program (including the Receipt Scan feature) which is why they are urging us to redeem our cash back balance before July 25th, 2024. They do say that the feature will be available until then, however, when you open the Start app, the Scan function does not appear.
